The Way I See It

Do you think that if I were to disappear,
The world would be any different?

If I simply left and wasn't here,
Who would know my absence?

With how many people are on this earth,
And for so few to know my name,
If I were to not exist,
The world would still spin the same.

That is why
I've decided to try
And live as who I am
Than attempt otherwise.

The way I see it,
If I can't touch the world
And color it like my own canvas,
Maybe in my being me
I'll touch the life of someone else,
And that'd make this life worth it.
